1. The no-interest payment plan allows you to pay for treatment over six or 12 months with no interest as long as the low minimum monthly payment is made each month.
2. The low-interest payment plan allows you to pay low minimum monthly payments over 24, 36, 48 or 60 months and is available for treatment of $1,000 or more.
